Rachel V Thompson, Founder of the Celebuton Femininity Foundation
Our Goal
The goal of the CELEBUTON FEMININITY FOUNDATION is to address the unique challenges faced by minority women and girls, particularly those who are marginalized, at risk of incarceration, or reintegrating into society after community service.
We aim to empower these women by offering targeted educational programs focused on practical skills such as Identity with guided Leadership Development, Financial Literacy and Economic Mobility, Digital Content Creation and various Technology Skills, Social Etiquette met with Professional Presence and Public Speaking & Self-Advocacy
All proceeds from our transformative coaching program directly funds the Foundation's initiatives, creating a powerful cycle of women empowering women through education and opportunity.
We Strive
Our VISION2040 is to equip women and girls with the tools they need to regain their footing, build meaningful careers, and contribute positively to their communities.
What sets our foundation apart is our commitment to integrating community service into our programming, allowing participants to gain hands-on experience while rebuilding their self-worth through actively contributing to society.
Through our age-appropriate curriculum tracks for Early Adolescence (10-13), Middle Adolescence (14-17), and Late Adolescence/Early Adulthood (18-21), we create developmentally responsive pathways that meet each young woman where she is while preparing her for where she wants to go.
Our comprehensive support approach ensures that no woman or girl falls through the cracks, with implementation across school-based programs, community centers, intensive intervention services, and digital platforms.
By addressing trauma, building identity, developing practical skills, and creating support systems, we transform individual lives while strengthening Baltimore communities—one young woman at a time.

A Community Impact Model
What sets us apart is our unique approach of integrating community service into our programs. This gives participants valuable hands-on experience while making a positive impact on society. By blending education with active contribution, we help women rebuild their self-worth and take on powerful roles as change-makers in their communities.
Through our ELEVATE and RISE programs, participants don't just learn skills—they apply them directly to community challenges. Young women in our programs lead service projects addressing food insecurity, conduct community education workshops, create digital resources for local organizations, and mentor younger girls. This service-learning approach transforms theoretical knowledge into practical impact.
Our curriculum specifically dedicates time to community engagement projects where participants identify needs, develop solutions, implement actions, and measure results. From neighborhood beautification to youth mentoring, from elder support to community advocacy, these projects create immediate benefits while developing lifelong habits of civic engagement.
Join Us in Changing Lives
Every donation to the Celebuton Femininity Foundation directly supports these life-changing initiatives. When you invest in education and leadership for women, you're creating a ripple effect of empowerment that not only benefits individuals but uplifts entire communities.
Your contribution helps us reach more young women across Baltimore City and County, providing them with trauma-informed support, identity development, practical skills, and comprehensive care. Our age-appropriate tracks ensure that girls receive developmentally responsive programming whether they're navigating early adolescence (10-13), exploring identities in middle adolescence (14-17), or preparing for independence in late adolescence/early adulthood (18-21).
The impact extends beyond participants to their families, schools, and neighborhoods. When young women heal from trauma, develop leadership skills, gain financial literacy, and build support networks, they become powerful agents of positive change who transform communities from within.
